I stumbled upon a few quizzes on the W3Schools website while reading up on JavaScript. Not being hugely confident in taking exams, I decided to take the plunge anyway and test my knowledge of CSS, XHTML and PHP with 20 questions. Check out my results below...

Here are a few design ideas for some fictional brands...


I've been working on my branding for DYC. The full title being Double Yellow Clothing, dealing mostly in urban streetwear/skatewear and following a design that intends to reflect this culture.
I had created a few interesting design ideas based around the double yellow lines (something that I feel ties in quite well). The only issue was in what context to use the graphics. I decided to go off-line for a moment and create some boxes! These could be mass produced and used as promotional items sitting in shop or being edited to accompany a brand.

I created a promotional e-mail campaign for students of Hull University as well as the customer base for my own website.

The purpose of the email was to give prospective customers (students) a £5-off voucher when they register. It also coincided with the spring/summer 08 collection of King Apparel clothing, and this is what lead the theme of the mailer.
